    What's unique about Hazel Brown Designs' collections? top

    We consider our collection unique as each piece is handmade and frankly, it's not fun duplicating the same thing over and over and over. While there's usually a general theme or color of fabrics, certain parts of a skirt may have fabrics that vary from one to another, leaving them still coordinating, but not perfectly matching.


    What does one-of-a-kind (OOAK) and few-of-a-kind (FOAK) mean? top

    OOAK's are items that are made on a whim, there's only one in those fabrics and in that size and it will not be duplicated.
    FOAK's are pretty much the rest of our inventory. There are a few of each piece, in a few sizes, but then we wanted to move onto other things and make them slightly different.


    How do I care for my hazel brown designs pieces? top

    For clothing: We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water, gentle cycle. Line dry or no heat tumble dry. *Iron as needed.
    For accessory bags/handbags: We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap only. DO NOT wash in washing machine.

    *Some of our pieces may contain embellishments such as crystals, tulle, netting, etc. Please DO NOT iron these. This will more than likely ruin your hazel brown designs piece.

    Do you have a storefront I can visit? top

    Hazel Brown Designs pieces are currently sold online, at art fairs and through trunk shows. If you're interested in hosting a trunk show, contact us. To view a listing of events, view our calendar.


    Do you accept returns or exchanges? top

    All Hazel Brown Designs goodies are 100% handmade. Many items are made in limited quantities or are one-of-a-kind pieces. We accept unused merchandise with original tags for exchange within 10 days of purchase date when accompanied by original receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship it back to us. Please email us with reason for return at sales@hazelbrowndesigns.com and we will reply with return shipping instructions. We CANNOT accept any exchanges on any custom orders.
